QIGONG Self-Cultivation at OCTCM
This course teaches fundamental Qigong exercises of both moving and stationary styles. Students learn to become deeply aware of their own qi and how to use it to remain centered and relaxed, to cleanse and disperse stagnant qi, and to build their reserves. Students learn how to integrate alignment, breathing, awareness, and form into a self-practice routine to promote balance and well-being.
This course is mostly Online Wednesday evenings Jan 7th – Apr 15th, 2026. There are 3 Sundays of in-person meetings in Toronto at the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
NO CLASS: Feb 25th, March 4th, April 1st
PRACTICUM IN-PERSON: Sunday, January 25th & February 22nd, 2 PM – 5 PM
EXAM IN-PERSON: Sunday, March 29th, 1 PM – 3 PM
