Qigong for Balance and Harmony
Begin the new year with an enlivening and meditative approach to Qigong. In this 10-week series, Claire will share foundational principles for practice and offer a nourishing and grounding routine to bring into your daily life. You will gain tools for navigating the conditions, changes, and movement of life, inviting greater balance and harmony into your body, mind, and relating.
The Zhong He Ji (“The Book of Balance and Harmony“), written by Li Daochun in the 13th century, is a beautiful compilation of writings presenting a practical outline of teachings from the Quan Zhen tradition (“Complete Reality”/”All True” School) of Taoism. In this text, concepts such as “balance” and “harmony” are described in real, workable ways.
Claire will draw pertinent excerpts from the Zhong He Ji to assist us in cultivating our practice in curiosity with this longstanding, syncretic Taoist lineage.
Join, to uncover how this wisdom might be applied in your life, through embodied practice, and cultivation in every-day moments.
Recordings will be available for 7 days from each live class date if you cannot attend live.
